Billing Questions


Do you Accept insurance?


NO, WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF HEALTH INSURANCE.  WE HAVE HAD PATIENTS SUBMIT THEIR PAID INVOICE TO THEIR INSURANCE PROVIDER TO BE REIMBURSED, WE DO NOT DO THIS FOR YOU, AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.



HOW MUCH DO APPOINTMENTS COST?


PLEASE REFER TO OUR APPOINTMENTS TAB FOR A LIST OF ALL OF OUR APPOINTMENT COSTS.



WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?


PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.


  • RESCHEDULING:  NO CHARGE, IF DONE UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT.  APPOINTMENTS CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED MORE THAN 2 SEPARATE TIMES.


  • CANCELLATIONS:


  • INITIAL INTAKE APPOINTMENTS: PATIENTS MAY CANCEL UP TO 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT, AND WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF 50% OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE.  CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE.


  • ALL OTHER APPOINTMENT TYPES:  PATIENTS MAY CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AND RECEIVE A 50% REFUND.  CANCELLATIONS AFTER 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE.



HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES ORDERED BY NHEC TO AN OUTSIDE FACILITY?


THIS IS DETERMINED BY THE FACILITY YOU CHOSE TO HAVE PERFORM ANY SERVICES ORDERED FOR YOU BY NHEC.

How do I become a new patient?


YOU CAN CALL OUR OFFICE TO SCHEDULE A 15 MINUTE FREE CONSULTATION, OR USE OUR ONLINE SCHEDULING TOOL TO BECOME A NEW PATIENT.


CAN I JUST SCHEDULE A TILT TABLE TEST, INFUSION APPOINTMENT, ETC. WITHOUT HAVING AN INTAKE APPOINTMENT?


NO, CURRENTLY AT THIS TIME ALL APPOINTMENTS, ASIDE FROM THE FREE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION, ARE FOR ESTABLISHED PATIENTS WHO HAVE HAD THEIR INTAKE APPOINTMENT.


Is there anything I need to bring to my appointment?


PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE OR PHOTO ID WITH YOU.  YOU'RE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO BRING ANY MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION YOU THINK MIGHT BE HELPFUL FOR THE CLINICIAN TO HAVE, AS WELL AS ANY SUPPORT PERSON YOU'D LIKE WITH YOU.



Do I need a referral?


NO, WE DO NOT REQUIRE A REFERRAL TO BECOME A PATIENT.



How can I get my labs drawn?


WE WILL GIVE YOU A LAB ORDER SLIP, AND YOU CAN BRING IT TO PREFERRED LAB.



Do you provide tele-health appointments?


YES, WE UTILIZE KALIX, OUR ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM, TO CONDUCT OUR TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS.
