Initial Intake:

Comprehensive in-person appointment.  This is meant for new patients.  This appointment includes getting a detailed history from the patient as well as their past medical records, and a physical exam by a clinician (MD, or PA).  During this appointment any testing (labs, imaging, genetic, etc.) deemed necessary will be ordered for you, to be performed at an outside facility.  After this appointment you'll be provided a detailed health history summary, and recommendations tailored to your personal health history.

Tilt Table Test:

This is a provocative test to accurately diagnose autonomic dysfunction.  Continuous cardiac and blood pressure monitoring is used during this exam.

Infusion Therapy:

During this appointment you will received 1,000mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride (Saline) I.V. solution intravenously.  You may also be offered to have magnesium, or Toradol added to your  I.V. solution if the Clinician feels it would be beneficial to you.

Spinal Manipulation Therapy:

Gentle manipulation of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae to alleviate tension, and restore body balance.

Therapeutic Cannabis Recertification:

This appointment is only to re-certify patients who received their initial Written Certification for the NH Therapeutic Cannabis Program through our office.  This is a virtual appointment.

Virtual Follow-Up:

This appointment can either be 15 or 30 minutes in length, and is used to check in with the patient, update them on any test results, and see how they are progressing.  This is a virtual appointment.  Any request of an in person follow up appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.
